Mirjam van Roon, PhD PCC

Mirjam van Roon is an experienced executive coach who supports and develops high
performers, top executives and high performing teams across Europe. She
is a graduate of Coach University
and is credentialed at the Professional Certified Coach level by the International Coach Federation
(ICF). Mirjam is
qualified to deliver and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Step I and
II) and brings a deep grounding in the practical use of the instrument to
her coaching work.
She obtained her NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer qualification with Robert Dilts
at NLPU.
Mirjam
is on
the faculty at Coach University, where she teaches both
introductory and advanced coaching skills to a new generation of coaches. She
is also an active member of the ICF as well as a member of the Association for Psychological
Type.
In addition she trained with
Stephen Gilligan in the art of Generative Trance and with Nancy Kline in the Thinking Environment.
Mirjam
combines analytical thinking with listening abilities, insightful questions, and
a carefully established sense of intuition. Her
clients find her an intelligent, very empathic and occasionally tough thinking partner, who helps them
get clear on their professional or personal goals - then inspires them to
achieve those. Coaching with Mirjam is both productive and fun.
Prior to starting Cobalt Coaching & Training in 2000, Mirjam worked as a
research scientist in a large American chemical corporation.
She earned her PhD degree in Organometallic Chemistry from the University
of Washington in 1997, where she also gained substantial teaching experience.
Mirjam coaches internationally, is widely travelled, has lived in
Sweden, Italy, USA, UK and currently resides in The Netherlands.
She is fluent in Dutch, English, Serbo-Croat, German and Italian and has
a working knowledge of French and Spanish.
Her interests include dancing, reading, travel, volunteering, exploring
the outdoors and learning new things.

Branka
is a highly qualified executive coach
with a proven track record as CEO in the healthcare sector. She is a graduate of
Corporate Coach University, and is credentialed at the
Associate Certified Coach level by the International Coach Federation
(ICF).
She obtained her NLP Master Practitioner qualification with Robert Dilts
at NLPU.
Branka
founded The Excellent
Leadership Company in 2005 and works with individual clients providing
personal and executive coaching. She has a rich understanding of senior
executives providing a sounding board when needed,
improvement of leadership competences in line with company goals or support when
a career change is considered. Her research on faltering leaders
(when
experienced CEOs mismanage a process of change)
was presented at the 2007 EMCC conference and will be published in book format
in 2010.
Branka brings a strong understanding of coaching
technology into her coaching relationship as well as a developed set of skills
together with wisdom culled from many years of personal en professional
experience. She has the ability to assist others in seeing what gets in their
way of having what they want, both personally and professionally.
She
also combines her extensive experience with a thorough understanding of the
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to advise management teams on conducting effective
meetings. In addition she has trained with Nancy Kline in the Thinking
Environment.
Branka is a native speaker of Serbo-Croat, Dutch and
English, and coaches clients worldwide in all three languages. Her passions
include travel, reading, listening to classical music and solving complex
problems. She lives in The Netherlands with her husband, has two grown children
and three grandchildren. |
